Return and Refund Policy
At Oliventi, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully to understand your options in the event you need to return or exchange an item.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All returns must be communicated and approved via email with Oliventi prior to initiating the return or cancellation of the order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@oliventi.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
Store credits will be applied to your account 5-7 days after the receipt of the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping via a nationally known shipping carrier.
All shipped items must be insured to the value of the purchased item.
In the case of a return due to Oliventi error, return shipping will be covered by Oliventi.
Exclusions
There is no cooling-off period for purchased items.
Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not applicable to timeless pieces, gems and pearls, customized and bridal sections, clearance items, special event items, engraved items, and gift cards.
Please note that custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority at Oliventi.
European Union 10 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 10 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
